Timescale for a Decision
South Lanarkshire Council (SLC) had two months to determine the application. If it could not be decided by 25 November 2009, they will ask for Patersons permission to extend this period, explaining the reason(s) for the delay. An extension will only be requested if there is a valid reason for this.
